The Proceedings of the 15th Workshop on Computational Vision (WVC 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in São Bernardo do Campo, during the period from September 9 to 11, 2019. In this issue, the proceedings include 24 full papers in portuguese of which do not include those 17 in English. These papers were selected through a blind peer review process, from a total of 31 full papers in portuguese and 22 full papers in english submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 77%. The event's local committee was coordinated by PhD. Carlos E. Thomaz, PhD. Gilson Giraldi and PhD. Jaime Cardoso, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on June 2, 2019, accepted for publication on July 5, 2019, with the final version submitted on August 8, 2019.
