O debate do feminismo no Twitter: Um estudo de caso das eleições brasileiras de 2022
Abstract
Twitter is one of the most used online social media platforms, with elections and their results being recurring themes in recent months. In this article, we investigate public perception with a focus on topics related to feminism, by analyzing over 700,000 tweets in Portuguese during the periods before, during, and after the election terms. Our results provide initial insight into the dynamics of online debate on sensitive topics, highlighting how people use the online world to share their opinions, impressions, and concerns about issues related to feminism during the analyzed periods.References
