Da Curiosidade ao Conhecimento: Comunicabilidade e Experiência do Usuário Iniciante e Habitual da Amazon Alexa
Abstract
This report presents the User Experience evaluation of the app and virtual assistant Alexa, considering temporality, usability and communicability for beginners and regulars users. We used semiotic inspection, interviews with regulars users and evaluation of communicability, Net Promoter Score and usability testing with Emocards for beginners. Both groups answered the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule and the User Experience Questionnaire. Beginners find it challenging, but value the novelty. Regulars perceive it as efficient, despite sporadic irritations.
