Combining Generative Artificial Intelligence and Human Inspection: A Usability Analysis of Greenpeace Brazil’s Website
Abstract
A website’s usability is a determining factor for the success of any organization, especially those that rely heavily on public participation and support such as Greenpeace, one of the world’s largest and best-known environmental organizations. Usability involves several aspects, including ease of navigation, clarity of information presented and efficiency of internal processes such as donation forms and campaign registration. This paper presents a detailed analysis of Greenpeace’s website, employing two distinct approaches to provide a holistic view of the website’s usability: generative artificial intelligences and human inspection.
