Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 38th Brazilian Symposium on Software Engineering (SBES 2024) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from September 30 to October 04, 2024, in the city of Curitiba/BR, Brazil, as part of the 15th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2024). In this issue, the proceedings include 86 full papers distributed in four tracks: Research Track, Education Track, Insightful Ideas and Emerging Results Track, and Tools Track. These works were selected through a double-blind review. This volume was organized by Igor Steinmacher (NAU) and Sabrina Marczak (PUCRS), program committee coordinators of the Research Track; Thelma Colanzi (UEM) and Davi Viana (UFMA), program committee coordinators of the Education Track; Leopoldo Teixeira (UFPE) and Silvia Vergilio (UFPR), program committee coordinators of the Insightful Ideas and Emerging Results Track; Monalessa Barcellos (UFES) and Ivan Machado (UFBA), program committee coordinators of the Tools Track.
