Abstract

This article presents the development of a ridesharing app prototype designed for the academic community of UDESC CCT. The project aims to address and resolve the transportation challenges faced by students. The prototype was developed using user-centered design methods. The research was conducted through questionnaires distributed among students and staff, allowing data collection that was analyzed to create realistic personas and scenarios. Based on the identified needs, we developed a prototype using the Figma platform. Usability tests were conducted to evaluate the prototype. As a result, the feedback from the tests was used to adjust and improve the user experience, resulting in a functional app tailored to the needs of the academic community.
