Redesign of the USINN Modeler to solve usability and accessibility issues
Abstract
USINN Modeler is a web tool developed to support the creation of interaction models with USINN notation. Conducting a usability evaluation with user participation and accessibility assessment allowed the identification of problems that negatively affect the user experience. This paper addresses the redesign of USINN Modeler aiming to improve its usability and accessibility. This work contributes to the report of solutions to usability and accessibility problems, since several works focus on identifying problems, but not their solutions. Some preliminary results on improving the quality of use of USINN Modeler are presented.References
