The Companion Proceedings of the 23rd Symposium on Virtual and Augmented Reality (SVR 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held from October 18th to 21st, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings bring together the papers selected for the Workshop of Theses and Dissertations (WTD), Workshop of Undergraduate Works (WUW) and XR Experience. These works were selected through a peer-review. This volume was organized by Márcio Sarroglia Pinho (PUCRS, Brazil) and Carla M. Dal Sasso Freitas (UFRGS, Brazil) - WTD coordinators; Vinicius Costa de Souza (UNISINOS, Brazil) and Liliane Dos Santos Machado (UFPB, Brazil) - WUW coordinators; Thiago Malheiros Porcino (Dalhousie University, Canada) and Alexandre Cardoso (UFU, Brazil) - coordinators of the XR Experience, and finally, Victor Adriel de Jesus Oliveira (St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, Austria) and Jorge Wagner (UFRGS, Brazil) ) - SVR 2021 publication chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/23/2021, accepted for publication on 09/06/2021, with the final version submitted on 09/13/2021.
