The Companion Proceedings of the 19th Brazilian Symposium on Computing Applied to Healthcare (SBCAS 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the tracks Application and Tools Workshop (WFA), Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD), Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC), and e-Health Grand Challenges (GDS) of the event held in Niterói, RJ, during the period from June 11 to June 14, 2019. In this issue, the extended proceedings include 7 papers published in Application and Tools Workshop (WFA), 11 papers in Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD), 6 papers in Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC), and 3 papers in e-Health Grand Challenges (GDS). These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process. The program committee of the Application and Tools Workshop (WFA) was coordinated by Rodrigo Rafael Villarreal Goulart (Feevale) and Flávio Seixas (UFF). The program committee of the Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD) was coordinated by Paulo Eduardo Ambrósio (UESC) and Alexandre Sztajnberg (UERJ). The program committee of the Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC) was coordinated by Lucas Ferrari de Oliveira (UFPR) and Luciana Cardoso de Castro Salgado (UFF). The program committee of the e-Health Grand Challenges (GDS) track was coordinated by Alexandra Monteiro (UERJ/ABTms) and Marcia Ito (Fatec-SP/SBIS). The program chairs of different tracks and Débora Christina Muchaluat Saade (UFF), who is the event’s general chair, have organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on March 20, 2019, accepted for publication on April 18, 2019, with the final version submitted on April 25, 2019.
