The Proceedings of the 52nd Integrated Software and Hardware Seminar (SEMISH 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 54 full papers, which were selected through a double-blind review process, among 193 submitions, impliing an acceptance rate of 28%. The event's Chairs, Weverton Cordeiro (UFRGS) and Pablo Tiburcio (IFAL), organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga (UNCISAL), CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, having the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
