The Proceedings of the 4th Brazilian Workshop on Social Network Analysis and Mining (BraSNAM 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Recife, during the period from 21 to 22 July 2015. In this issue, the proceedings include 17 full papers and 15 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind peer-review process, from a total of 54 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 59%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Alexandre Duarte (UFPB) and Li Weigang (UnB), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 27, 2015, accepted for publication on June 05, 2015, with the final version submitted on June 18, 2015.
