Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 6th Workshop on the Implications of Computing in Society (WICS 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 31 papers, which were selected through a double-blind review process, among 66 submitions, impliing an acceptance rate of 47%. The event's Program Committee Chair, Thiago Adriano Coleti (UENP), organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga (UNCISAL), CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, having the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
