The Proceedings of the 14th Brazilian Congress of Agroinformatics (SBIAgro 2023) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from November 8 to 10, 2023, at the Engineering Technological Complex (CTEC) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul Norte (UFRN), in the city of Natal/RN, Brazil, in person and with the theme "Advances in collaborative digital agriculture". In this edition, the proceedings include 49 full papers and 8 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review process, from a total of 84 full papers and 13 short papers submitted, which implied in an acceptance rate of 58% and 61%, respectively. The quality of the submissions received is highlighted, both in Research Papers (full articles) and in Undergraduate Papers (short papers). The main track program committee was coordinated by Prof. Rodrigo Calumby (State University of Feira de Santana) in a team with Prof. Carla Curvelo and Prof. Josenalde Oliveira, both from UFRN. The scientific initiation committee was coordinated by Prof. Tásia Vale from UFRN. The aforementioned teachers organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/31/2023, accepted for publication on 09/15/2023, with the final version submitted on 10/08/2023.
