The Proceedings of the 20th Brazilian Symposium on Collaborative Systems (SBSC 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Manaus/AM, Brazil, from April 02-06, 2025, which had the theme "Sustainability and Collaborative Systems: Weaving Networks between Ancestral Knowledge and Technology for an Ethical Future". In this issue, the proceedings include 20 full papers and 08 papers on Innovative Ideas and Emerging Results. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 33 full papers and 15 papers on Innovative Ideas and Emerging Results submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 60.6% and 53.3%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Ana Cristina Bicharra (UNIRIO) and Ana Carolina Oran (UFAM), who organized this volume together with Romualdo Costa (UFAM) and Lucas Bezerra (UFAM), SBSC 2025 publications chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/24/2025, accepted for publication on 04/17/2025, with the final version submitted on 04/27/2025.
