The Proceedings of the 15th Medical Informatics Workshop (WIM 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Recife, during the period July 20-23, as part of the 35th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2015)  which had the theme "The Internet of Everything Being Observed". The event's program committee was coordinated by Sergio Freire (UERJ), Alessandra Alaniz Macedo (USP), Debora Saade (UFF), and Renato Vimieiro (UFPE), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 20, accepted for publication on June 1, with the final version submitted on June 8.
