The Proceedings of the 7th Regional School on Computing of Ceará, Maranhão, and Piauí (ERCEMAPI 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in São Luís, from September 25 to 27, 2019. In this issue, the proceedings include 32 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind peer-review process, from a total of 57 full papers, which implied an acceptance rate of 56,14%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Mário Antonio Meireles Teixeira (UFMA), Prof. Dr. Raimundo Santos Moura (UFPI), and Prof. Dr. José Maria Monteiro (UFC), who organized this volume with ERCEMAPI general chais Prof. Dr. Anselmo Cardoso de Paiva (UFMA), Prof. Dr. Luis Jorge Enrique Rivero Cabrejos (UFMA), and Prof. Dr. Davi Viana (UFMA) . The articles in this volume were submitted on July, 28 of 2019, accepted for publication on August, 19 of 2019, with the final version submitted on August, 26 of 2019.
