The Proceedings of the VII Escola Regional de Computação Aplicada à Saúde (ERCASPI 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Teresina, during the period November, 12-14. In this issue, the proceedings include 56 full papers. These papers were selected through a double blind peer review process, from a total of 95 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 59%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Flávio Henrique Duarte de Araújo and Romuere Rodrigues Veloso e Silva, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 09/08/2019, accepted for publication on 10/07/2019, with the final version submitted on 10/17/2019.
