The Proceedings of the 19th Workshop on Computing Education (WEI 2011) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Natal/RN, Brazil, from July 19 to 22, 2011, as part of the 31st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2011) which had the theme "Computing for All: On the Path to Social Evolution". In this issue, the proceedings include 20 full papers and 08 short papers, from a total of 96 full papers and 30 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 20.8% and 20%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Auri M. R. Vincenzi (UFG) and Marcelo Duduchi Feitosa (CEETEPS), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/08/2011, accepted for publication on 05/19/2011, with the final version submitted on 05/26/2011.
