The Proceedings of the 2nd Brazilian Symposium on Computing Education (EduComp 2022) bring the selected and presented papers in the second edition of the event held online from 24 to 29 April 2022, with the theme “Computing Education: Creativity in the Blended Learning Era”. In this issue, the proceedings include 30 full papers, which were selected through a double-blind peer review, with an acceptance rate of 27%. The event's Program Committee was coordinated by Rodrigo Duran (IFMS). The papers in this volume were submitted on November 2nd, 2021, accepted for publication on December 23, 2021, with the camera-ready version submitted on January 21, 2022. This volume was edited by Elaine Oliveira (UFAM), Noemi Honorato (UFOP), Rafael Araújo (UFU), and Williamson Silva (UNIPAMPA).
EduComp 2022 included five tracks:
- Track 1: Research Papers, coordinated by Rodrigo Duran (IFMS), Elaine Oliveira (UFAM), and Wilkerson Andrade (UFCG);
- Track 2: Experience Reports, coordinated by Windson Carvalho (UFC) and Fabiane Benitti (UFSC);
- Track 3: Curricula, coordinated by Adão Cambraia (IFFAR) and Mônica Massa (UNEB);
- Track 4: Educational Resources and Environments, coordinated by Ellen Francine (USP) and Aracele Fassbinder (IFSulDeMinas); and,
- Track 5: Essays, coordinated by Taciana Pontual (UFRPE) and André Lemos (IFTM).
