Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 25th Regional Computing School of Bahia, Alagoas, and Sergipe (ERBASE 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from August 12 to 15, 2025, in the city of Lagarto/SE, Brazil, with the theme “AI and Smart Cities for Regional Development”. The proceedings include the papers selected for the following satellite events:
- Workshop on Research Papers (PesqBase) received a total of 50 paper submissions, of which 36 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 72%. These papers were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by João Carlos N. Bittencourt (UFRB), João Soares de Oliveira Neto (UFBA), Camila Bezerra da Silva (UFRB), Djalma Almeida Lima Filho (IFBA), André Britto de Carvalho (UFS), José Aprígio Carneiro Neto (IFS), and Débora Alcina Rego Chaves (UNEB). The papers were submitted on 06/22/2025, accepted for publication on 07/11/2025, with the final version submitted on 07/18/2025.
- Workshop on Innovative Experiments and Prototypes (XBASE) received a total of 11 paper submissions, of which 07 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 63.6%. These papers were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by Gilton José Ferreira da Silva (UFS), Victor Travassos Sarinho (UEFS), Eduardo Cardoso Moraes (IFAL), and Adilson Santos (CESMAC). The papers were submitted on 06/25/2025, accepted for publication on 07/17/2025, with the final version submitted on 07/27/2025.
- Workshop on Computer Education and Informatics in Education (WeiBase) received a total of 29 paper submissions, of which 13 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 44.8%. These papers were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by Gilson Pereira dos Santos Júnior (IFS), Jamille Silva Madureira (IFS), Jean Clemisson Santos Rosa (Uninassau-AJU/ITI/LARSyS), Djalma Almeida Lima Filho (IFBA), and Daniel dos Anjos Costa (IFBA). The papers were submitted on 06/22/2025, accepted for publication on 07/11/2025, with the final version submitted on 07/23/2025.
- Digital Girls Workshop received a total of 04 paper submissions, of which 02 were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 50%. These papers were selected through a single-blind peer review process. The event was coordinated by Jislane Silva Santos de Menezes (IFS) and Mai-Ly Vanessa Almeida Saucedo Faro (UFS). The papers were submitted on 06/28/2025, accepted for publication on 07/16/2025, with the final version submitted on 07/23/2025.
