The Proceedings of the 14th Regional School on Informatics of Mato Grosso (ERI-MT 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in the city of Pontes e Lacerda/MT, Brazil, from November 12 to 14, 2025, which had the theme “Technology Transforming Realities: Innovation for the Socioeconomic and Environmental Challenges of Mato Grosso and the Western Border.” In this issue, the proceedings include 38 full papers and 23 short papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 51 full papers and 36 short papers submitted, which implied acceptance rates of 74.5% and 64%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Tiago Luís de Andrade (UNEMAT–Cáceres), Raul Tavares Cecatto (IFMT–Campo Verde), and Vinicius Oliveira Souza (IFMT–Pontes e Lacerda), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 10/12/2025, accepted for publication on 10/31/2025, with the final version submitted on 10/30/2025.
