The Proceedings of the 20th Women in Information Technology (IDEIA 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Gramado, RS, Brazil, from July 19 to 23, 2026, as part of the 46th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2026), whose theme was "Digital Transformation for a World in Climate Emergency". In this issue, the proceedings include 15 full papers, 2 short papers, 16 experience reports, and 7 prototypes. These works were selected through a double-blind review process from a total of 40 full paper submissions, 4 short paper submissions, 33 experience report submissions, and 10 prototype submissions, resulting in acceptance rates of 37.5%, 50%, 48.5%, and 70%, respectively. The workshop was coordinated by Nícolas Trigo (IFSertãoPE), Dinani Amorim (UNEB/FACAPE), Ricardo Bitencourt (IFSertãoPE), and Ricardo Amorim (UNEB/FACAPE), who organized this volume together with Rodrigo Mansilha (UNIPAMPA), Publications Chair of CSBC 2026. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/30/2026, accepted for publication on 05/04/2026, having the final version submitted on 05/18/2026.
