The Proceedings of the II Seminário de Educação a Distância da Região Centro-Oeste (SEAD-CO 2018) bring the papers selected and presented at Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, in Campo Grande/MS. In this issue, the proceedings include 39 complete works. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 89 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 43,8%.
