The Proceedings of the 23rd Workshop on Computing Education (WEI 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Recife, during the period July 20-23, as part of the 35th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2015) which had the theme "The Internet of Everything Being Observed". The event's program committee was coordinated by Ecivaldo Matos (UFBA), André Drummond (UNB), and César França (UFRPE), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 27, accepted for publication on June 11, with the final version submitted on June 16.
