The Proceedings of the 19th Women in Information Technology (WIT 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 82 papers, which were selected through a single-blind review process, among 184 submissions, implying an acceptance rate of 44.5%. The event's Program Committee Chairs, Marcelle Mota (UFPA) and Letícia Machado (UFRGS), organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga (UNCISAL), CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, having the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
