Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 31st Workshop on Computing at School (WIE 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from November 24 to 28, in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, as part of the 14th Brazilian Congress on Computers in Education (CBIE 2025), which had the theme "Education in Transformation: Intelligences that Shape the Future". In this issue, the proceedings include 61 full papers. They were all selected through a double-blind peer review, with an average acceptance rate of 19.3%. The CBIE 2025 Program Committee was coordinated by Cleon Xavier Pereira Junior (IF Goiano) and Roberto Pereira (UFPR), who organized this volume together with Pedro Henrique Valle (IME-USP) and Silvia Amélia Bim (UTFPR), WIE 2025’ Program Chairs, and Laura Moraes (UNIRIO), Douglas Krug (IFPR), and Rafael Araújo (UFU), CBIE 2025’ Publication Chairs. The papers that integrate this proceedings were submitted on June 18, 2025, accepted for publication on August 06, 2025, with the final version submitted on August 27, 2025. WIE 2025 included three thematic tracks:
- Track 1: Experience Reports with Digital Technologies in Education, coordinated by Anderson da Silva Marcolino (UFPR) and Maria Ivanilse Calderon Ribeiro (IFRO), pages 01 to 298;
- Track 2: Experience Reports involving Computational Thinking or Programming, coordinated by Ana Paula Freitas Vilela Boaventura (UFJ) and Renan Vinicius Aranha (UFMT), pages 299 to 587;
- Track 3: Training of Human Resources with Digital Technologies in Education and its Impact on Society, coordinated by Alessandreia Oliveira (UFJF) and Thiago Adriano Coleti (UENP), pages 588 to 694.
