The Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 9th Congress on Technologies in Education (CTRL+E 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Fortaleza/CE, Brazil, from September 9-12, 2025, with the theme “Educational Challenges in the Era of Generative AI and Social Networks”. In this issue, the proceedings include 40 full papers and 21 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review process, from a total of 103 full papers and 46 short papers submitted, which implied acceptance rates of 38.8% and 45.6%, respectively. The proceedings also include 8 papers from the Short Course Reports track and 6 papers from the RED Exhibition, selected through a single-blind review process, from a total of 13 Short Course Reports and 10 RED Exhibition papers submitted, resulting in acceptance rates of 61.5% and 60%, respectively. The event’s program committee was coordinated by José Aires de Castro Filho (Instituto UFC Virtual), who organized this volume. The papers included in this series of proceedings were submitted on 06/09/2025, accepted for publication on 08/01/2025, with the final version submitted on 08/10/2025.
