The Proceedings of the 2nd Brazilian Symposium on Computing in Basic Education (SBC-EB 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from April 9 to 11, 2025, in the city of Juiz de Fora/MG, Brazil, with activities also taking place in hubs in the Brazilian cities of Bandeirantes/PR, Campo Grande/MS, Salvador/BA, and Itacoatiara/AM. SBC-EB 2025 was held in conjunction with the 5th Brazilian Symposium on Computing Education (EduComp 2025). In this edition, the proceedings include 39 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a single-blind review process, from a total of 67 extended abstracts submitted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 58%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Rozelma Soares de França (UFRPE) and Flavia Maria Santoro (UERJ), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 02/14/2025, accepted for publication on 03/10/2025, with the final version submitted on 03/21/2025.
