The Proceedings of the 3rd Brazilian Symposium on Computing in Basic Education (SBC-EB 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from May 06-08, 2026, in the city of Juiz de Campo Grande/MT, Brazil, with activities also taking place in hubs in the Brazilian cities of Marabá/PA, Recife/PE, São Carlos/SP, and Porto Alegre/RS. SBC-EB 2026 was held in conjunction with the 6th Brazilian Symposium on Computing Education (EduComp 2026). In this edition, the proceedings include 64 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a single-blind review process, from a total of 114 extended abstracts submitted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 56%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Aleteia de Araujo (UnB) and Rozelma Soares de França (UFRPE), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 02/27/2026, accepted for publication on 03/30/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/10/2026.
