The Proceedings of the 20th Workshop on Computing at School (WIE 2014) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Dourados/MS from 03 to 09 November 2014, as part of the 3rd Brazilian Congress on Computers in Education (CBIE 2014) which had the theme "Digital Technologies and Education: integration, mediation and knowledge construction". In this issue, the proceedings include 56 full papers and 15 short papers, which were selected through a double-blind peer review, with an acceptance rate of 39%. The event's Program Committee was coordinated by Claudia Regina Tinós Peviani (UFMS) and Edson Pinheiro Pimentel (UFABC). The papers in this volume were submitted on July 20, 2014, accepted for publication on August 25, 2014, with the camera-ready version submitted on September 15, 2014.

WIE 2014 included three tracks:

• Track 1: Experience reports on the use of digital information and communication technologies (ICT) in education, coordinated by Silvia Dotta (UFABC) and Edson P. Pimentel (UFABC);
• Track 2: Training of human resources for the use of digital information and communication technologies (ICT) in education, coordinated by Suely Scherer (UFMS) and Marco Antonio Rodrigues Paulo (UFGD); and,
• Track 3: Impacts of digital information and communication technologies (ICT) on society, coordinated by Sérgio Crespo (UFF).
